Accessibility Policy
WP Site Care is committed to making this website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We believe accessibility is part of good digital practice and an important part of delivering a better experience for all users.
We aim to design, build and maintain this website in a way that supports clear navigation, readable content, and access across a wide range of devices, browsers and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We aim to:
- use clear page structure and headings
- provide good colour contrast and readable text
- support keyboard navigation where possible
- use descriptive links and form labels
- avoid unnecessary barriers in common user journeys
- review accessibility as the website evolves
Target standard
Where practical, we aim to work towards recognised good practice and the relevant accessibility standards for web content, including WCAG 2.1 AA principles.
Because websites change over time, and because third-party tools or embedded content may occasionally affect accessibility, some parts of the website may not always meet the same level of accessibility at every moment.
Known limitations
Some content or third-party functionality may have limitations, including:
- embedded third-party tools
- external video or map services
- downloadable documents provided by third parties
- older content published before accessibility improvements were made
Where we identify accessibility issues, we aim to review them and improve them where practical.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-off task.
We review the website periodically and make improvements as content, functionality and services change. We also use accessibility thinking in the way we design and describe our own services, including our Accessibility Review and related support work for clients.
Feedback
If you experience any accessibility issue while using this website, or if you have difficulty accessing any content, please get in touch.
When contacting us, it is helpful if you include:
- the page URL
- a brief description of the issue
- the device and browser you were using
- any assistive technology you were using, if relevant
We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
