These Terms of Service govern the use of the WP Site Care website and, where applicable, the provision of WP Site Care services.
By using this website or engaging WP Site Care services, you agree to these terms.
Services
WP Site Care provides managed WordPress care and related services, including but not limited to:
- care plans
- managed hosting
- backups and monitoring
- support services
- Accessibility Reviews
- Cookie Consent Management
- Site Audits
Service Scope
The scope of services provided to each client will depend on the agreed plan, proposal or contract.
Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Onboarding
New websites may be subject to an onboarding review before WP Site Care services begin.
Payment
Fees for services must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
Where services are billed monthly or annually, payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payment
WP Site Care reserves the right to pause or suspend services where payment is overdue.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing relevant access credentials
- maintaining valid plugin or theme licences unless otherwise agreed
- ensuring the legality and accuracy of website content
- informing WP Site Care of material changes made by third parties
Limitation of Liability
WP Site Care will take reasonable care in providing services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, immunity from attack, or compatibility between all third-party tools and software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WP Site Care excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights in materials created by WP Site Care remain with WP Site Care until paid for in full, after which the client receives the agreed usage rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed contract, notice period or proposal terms.
Website Use
Users must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
